I cannot forward you to legitimate companies that allow you to buy a home without a credit check. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible. If you have a solid down payment, you may find a seller who's willing to offer owner financing. If the vendor is willing to take back a mortgage, you won't need to deal with a bank at all! These deals work best when the seller owns the property free and clear, so it's best to look for people who have owned their homes for a long time. Sellers who are nearing retirement age can sometimes be your best bet.
