Once they receive it, they will make sure everything is in working order and it is in the condition you said it was and then the sent the payment to your Paypal.
I just checked and Gazelle is indeed buying iPads. I checked and for one in perfect condition for at 126MG WIFI version, they offer $300. Yes I would recommend them, especially since the new iPad2s are on their way out.
